Youth development
As already mention , this is our main approach of starting an activity , We identify a leaders who is interested in starting up or has already started a youth group or activity and we train them and support them to run the activity. Sometimes we find a youth group which has no leadership structure or activity and we help them develop activities and form a leadership structure, depending on their choice we can adopt them into the organization after agreeing on goals and aims.
We have done this in a youth goup of Holy Oasis youth group in Åsta where we helped them create activities for the youth group and also guided them in setting up the leadership structure.
