From 01-July 2013, Friends in Service International regional services will be decentralised and will be handled by their offices in the respective regions. We are starting with Uganda and Liberia for East and West regions respectively. Our goal is to make services accesible to our beneficiaries. This attempt is to also enable our regional offices to grow into self sustainable centres which can build capacity for their own existance.
